Custom Design and Licensing Services
With over twenty years of experience in the design and creation of extraordinary textiles, American Folk and FabricTM
through its founder and creative force, Ms. JJ. Jenkins
is pleased to offer an array of custom services to the trade. If you have a special requirement, we are pleased to work with you in a variety of ways including:
- Custom Design
- Design Licensing
If you have a special design that you'd like to create for your exclusive use and ownership we will be pleased to work with you in the formulation and creation of said design. This is particularly appropriate for branding or custom identification in corporate buildings, restaurants, hotels, etc…
Our range of services in this area can extend from design creation to fabric manufacturing to end-product development. The aim of our custom design service is to provide you with everything that you need to achieve your design objectives. Our experience is your guarantee of success.
There are times when you require a unique design without the up-front costs of ownership. At American Folk and FabricTM, we can assist with this objective as well. We maintain an antique and vintage archive containing in excess of 1,000,000 in the form of antique paper goods, advertising images and fabric. We will work with you to choose an existing design that meets your specific requirements or create a custom design to satisfy your need.
With design licensing you possess exclusive "rights" to the use of the design, while American Folk and FabricTM retains the "actual" ownership rights. Under this type of agreement, a licensing fee is paid to American Folk and FabricTM for a mutually predetermined time stipulated by the agreement.
