Wholesale Opening Order Requirement
||2-Full Bolts, x approx. 50+ to 65 yards of same or (2) different patterns.
||4-Half-Bolts, x approx. 25+ to 49 yards of (4) different patterns.
||12-Patterns of approx. 10+ yards of (12) different patterns.
||6-Patterns of approx. 20+ yards of (6) different patterns.
We sell wholesale (with qualifying documents: valid State Resale License, Business License and Federal Identification number for corporations). All companies with qualifying documents must submit a valid Resale License with signed copies of our Terms & Conditions. Samples requested and orders placed can not be processed with out the above information.
All swatch requests must be telephoned, e-mailed or faxed in. Please indicate size requested. Swatches are approximately 12" x 12" @ $5.00 each, or 24" x 24" @ $10.00 each. Only one swatch per pattern allowed. Swatches not available for all prints, i.e. Limited Editions, discontinued, etc. California Sales tax applies to CA orders. Postage or UPS freight will apply to wholesale swatch orders. International swatch request, postage or UPS freight will apply to international swatch orders, in addition any customs, duty or applicable government charges based on local country rules and regulations.
Wholesale Sample Orders with qualifying documents:
Sample yardage applies to wholesale manufacturers only. Our sample minimum is (10+) yards. Goods cut and invoiced will ship as billed.
(50-65 +/-) yard pieces will be sold at regular price. (25-35 +/-) yard pieces will be sold at a $1.00 up charge per yard.
Wholesale Volume Discounts:
Price breaks are obtained by ordering 500+ yards,750+,1000+, and 1500+ yards or more per pattern. We do not pack and hold. To obtain Volume discount, yardage must be ordered and shipped at one time on the same Purchase order (P.O.) number. Please contact American Folk & Fabric, Inc directly when purchasing more than 500+ yards.
Wholesale Custom Printing:
All custom printing requires a 50% deposit at strike off approval or at time of Production P.O. Upon deposit and strike off approval, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
Wholesale Payment Terms:
Net-30: Net-30 terms are available if approved by our factoring company, Capital Business Credit, LLC. Phone 213-891-1320. Please note: Companies may be required to supply full bank and trade references. Balance Due: Factored accounts will be due Net-30. Declined Accounts: Must pre-pay at time of shipping or at time of pick up.
Credit card, company check or money order. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit card security Code must be provided with the Charge Authorization (3 digits on the reverse of the card for Visa, MasterCard, and 4 digits on the front for American Express). No charge refunds on Credit Cards
Wholesale Returned Checks:
Please notify us immediately at 727-791-2222 for returned checks. All returned checks will be subject to a $15.00 fee which will be added to the pertaining invoice total. Replacement payment must be received within 10- working days from bank notification. If payment is not received within the 10-day grace period, the Invoice will be put into collection.
All order cancellations must be within 48 hours of the Acknowledgement date. Cancellations are subject to a 25% processing / handling fee
All claims and returns must be made within 10 days of Invoice date. Returns and cancellations subject to 25% processing / handling fee. No returns on cut goods. No returns on charge purchases. Damaged goods: must have an R.G.A. (Returned Goods Authorization). Damaged returns are not subject to a restocking fee.
Wholesale Shipping & Handling:
All UPS shipping and insurance charges will apply at UPS listed rates. Should you like to waive loss / damage insurance, please provide a blanket insurance policy covering freight loss and damages.
